Tour Package

​

In order to let our participants explore the most out of their stay in Malaysia, and to build lifelong friendships with other participants, we have specially created a tour package for our participants and accompanying family members / guardian / relatives / friends. 

 

This tour package will include 1 day tour, up to 2 half day tours, up to 2 night tours and a specially designed 4 days 3 nights tour of Genting Highlands and Malacca. 

 

All day tours, half day tours and night tours will be held during festival period of 2nd December 2022 to 11th December 2022.

 

The 4 days 3 nights tour of Genting Highlands and Malacca will be held from 12th December 2022 to 15th December 2022. Please note that hotel stay for the 4 days 3 nights tour is per single occupancy only. Due to legal requirements, we are not allowed to provide twin sharing room with other participants.

All tours will be accompanied by 1 tour guide, Piano Island Festival staff member/s and selected faculty member/s.

Now that travel restrictions into Malaysia are lifted, and given that December 2022 is a peak period for the holiday season, prices quoted are based on peak season prices.

This tour package is optional. If you wish to book our tour package, please indicate your selection in our festival application form.

Cancellation Policy

​

Tour bookings, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled, unless due to force majeure (eg. border closure of Malaysia, war, natural disasters). In any cancellation due to force majeure, a full 100% refund will be provided.

Payment

​

Payment of Tour Package is to be made in full via online payment on our website, together with festival fees, upon confirmation of participation in festival. Prices include any taxes and all tourist taxes chargeable in Malaysia for hotels and tours. ​
