4 Star Hotel Accommodation

To give our participants easy access to what Jakarta has to offer, and in order to ensure the safety and security of all participants, we have decided to offer a hotel accommodation for all our participants. This hotel is about 20 to 35 minutes away from the festival venue. Daily Transport will be provided from 21st of July to 28th of July from hotel to venue on a timetable basis. We have arranged a 1 day and night tour day with all faculty and students who applied to participate on the tour. On that day, no shuttle will be provided. Breakfast buffet is included in the festival application fees.

Bedding: Twin bedding / Double bedding (single supplement)

Please note that this hotel stay is only available with twin sharing option. Due to legal requirements, all participants will be required to sign a disclosure before booking with us. All rooms will be paired with same gender and similar lesson schedules. Do inform us if you wish to book with a single room, this will be at an extra cost. Single supplement add on will be at an extra USD$300.

- Airport transfer on 21st July 2024 and 29th July 2024
- Daily Buffet Lunch except tour day and few dinners Catered including Refreshments

Cancellation Policy
​
Hotel bookings, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled, unless due to force majeure (eg. border closure of Indonesia, war, natural disasters). In any cancellation due to force majeure, a full 100% refund will be provided.

Payment
Please ensure full payment of your festival fees before the 31st of May 2024.
A deposit will be collected by hotel on arrival. For participants sharing room, Piano Island Festival will collect the deposit instead.

This hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes away from the festival venue. Daily Transport will be provided from 21st of July to 28th of July from hotel to venue on a timetable basis. We have arranged a 1 day and night tour day with all faculty and students who applied to participate on the tour. On that day, no shuttle will be provided. Breakfast buffet is included in the festival application fees. All festival faculty will also be staying in this hotel.
