To give our participants easy access to what Jakarta has to offer, and in order to ensure the safety and security of all participants, we have decided to offer a hotel accommodation for all our participants.
​
Please note that this hotel stay is only available with twin sharing option. Due to legal requirements, all participants will be required to sign a disclosure before booking with us. All rooms will be paired with same gender and similar lesson schedules. Do inform us if you wish to book with a single room, this will be at an extra cost.

Other possible services at extra costs:
- Airport transfer on the 21st of July
- Daily Buffet Lunch Catered including Refreshments
- Daily Shuttle Service from Hotel to lesson venue (subject to number of bookings)

Cancellation Policy
​
Hotel bookings, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled, unless due to force majeure (eg. border closure of Malaysia, war, natural disasters). In any cancellation due to force majeure, a full 100% refund will be provided.

Please ensure full payment of your festival fees before the 31st of May 2024
