ONLINE REGISTRATION 

For festival participation packages and competition entry from 30th July 2023 to 15th May 2024, through the festival’s website.

OFFICIAL INVITATIONS

Application invitations will be sent out to all registrants for festival participants. These invitations will be sent out on an ongoing basis from 1st of February 2024 - 15th of May 2024. A list of official festival participants will be announced no later then the 21st of May 2024. All confirmed festival participants will receive an official invitation letter for visa application before the 31st of May 2024.

COMPETITION FINALISTS

A list of official competition finalists for each category (infantile, youth, and professional) will be announced no later than the 21st of May 2024.

CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATIONS

Invited applicants will need to make full payment of all tuition fees (including participation fees and accompanying observer fees) to confirm their spot in the festival. Piano Island Management reserves the right to void the invitation and offer that invitation to other applicants within 10 days if confirmation has not been completed by invited participant.

REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN HOTEL

21st July 2024 

Participants are advised to check in to hotel and register on the 21st of July 2024.

Participants who are not able to check in on 21 July 2024 can register / check-in hotel on 22 July 2024. 

Festival registration on 21st July 2024 will be directly at the hotel.
